I have always believed that poetry shouldn’t be highbrow or elusive. To me, it is a vital outlet for expressing the everyday highs and lows we all share — the fears, the joys, the trauma, and the euphoria.
From a young age, I found that when life felt too large to contain, poetry provided the language to navigate it. And when even words reached their limit, I turned to music to capture the rest.
My work is “poetry for the rest of us” — accessible, honest, and rooted in the real world rather than the academic.
